The Income-tax department has taken action against gangster-politician Atiq Ahmad's empire by attaching several land parcels in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj district, which were being held by a security guard. The guard, who holds a below poverty line ration card, is suspected to be a 'benamidar' of Atiq Ahmad and his gang.
