Tomato prices plunge to Rs 14/kg at Mysuru APMC

After a roller-coaster ride, the prices of tomatoes have begun to plunge, much to the relief of consumers while disappointing farmers. From Rs 180 to Rs 200 a kg just a few weeks ago, tomato prices have been declining steadily.
