Reliance AGM 2023 updates: Addressing the company's shareholders, RIL has cumulatively invested $150 billion in the last 10 years, the biggest by any Indian corporate, its chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani said on Monday. JFS will enter the insurance segment to offer simple, yet smart, life, general, and health insurance products, Ambani said. Jio Platforms is keen to lead efforts in developing India-specific AI models and AI-powered solutions across domains, delivering the benefit of this new-age technology to Indian citizens, businesses and government, RIL Chairman added. Jio AirFiber will be launched on Sep 19 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. RIL Board has recommended the appointment of Isha, Akash, and Anant to the board, while Nita Ambani stepped down from the board. Notably, Mukesh Ambani has not divulged any details related to IPOs of RIL's telecom and retail arms.
