Indian conglomerate Reliance Industries, led by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, plans to enter the wind power equipment sector by partnering with established companies in the renewable technology field. Ambani stated that the company will offer cost-efficient turbines through collaboration with global leaders in the sector. Reliance is also constructing a carbon-fiber plant in Gujarat to reduce raw material expenses for turbine blades.
