Green Island Bridge stuck open, causes all lanes to close
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Green Island Bridge became stuck open on the afternoon of August 28. All lanes in both directions were closed for a time.
The bridge was fixed by 3:15 p.m. All lanes have reopened.
