Folarin Balogun completes £38m move to Monaco from Arsenal after passing his medical in France as Luton join the race to sign Rob Holding

Balogun, who has not featured for Arsenal since pre-season, underwent medical tests in Monaco on Tuesday and now returns to the league where he shone last year.
