The International Emmy Awards will honor film producer Ektaa R Kapoor with the Directorate Award for her pioneering career and contribution on the Indian television industry, the organization said on Tuesday. Kapoor, co-founder of television production behemoth Balaji Telefilms, will receive the prize during the annual awards event on November 20 in New York City.
