7 fantasy football players in 2023 who are decidedly mid
When I’m sitting in a fantasy football draft, my thought process for every player is fairly straightforward:
1. This player is good, I would like to draft him.
2. This player is bad, I am passing (see: My DO NOT DRAFT list)
But then there’s No. 3: This player is, as the kids are saying these days, mid.
Now, “mid” might mean different things to different people. For me, it’s somewhere in between “OK, I guess if this player drops, I can grab him and feel fine about it” and “Ugh, do I really want to roster this guy?”
This happened last year when I decided to roll the dice on one more year of solid RB2 production from Ezekiel Elliott. He was very mid (although he scored a dozen TDs).
