A FITNESS expert has shared her go-to workout routine for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
She demonstrated how to do the exercises without ever looking away from your phone.
In her video, TikTok user Aura (@bodyresetwithaura) showed her followers how to scroll through their social media while burning calories.
Aura showed off her impressively toned physique as she worked out in a white tank top and beige bike shorts.
For her first exercise, the TikToker lay on her stomach, leaning up on her elbows.
Without looking up from her phone, Aura began her “lazy Sunday glute workout.”
Her first move involved simply lifting her legs from the floor and kicking them.
For her next exercise, Aura separated her legs before closing them together in small pulse movements.
The fitness fanatic then moved to lie on her side, once again propping herself on her elbow.
As she continued scrolling, she pointed her foot and lifted her top leg up towards her head repeatedly.
Aura then positioned herself on her back and lifted her legs at a right angle.
She separated her legs before closing them and crossing them over each other, keeping her toes pointed.
Next, Aura bent her knees and moved them towards the floor, separating her knees as her feet touched each other.
Still lying on her back, she showed her followers the final exercise from her workout.
Aura lifted her hips from the floor and repeated the move in pulse movements.
She then held the position and moved her knees in and out as she worked her core.
