My beauty hack will make your face more symmetrical and doesn’t cost a penny – it helps with wrinkles too
A SKINCARE fan has revealed her technique for making her face look more symmetrical without expensive procedures.
Not only does it balance the face without going under-the-knife, she claimed it helps with wrinkles too.
Grace Kandill (@imgracek) filmed herself head-on in a video on TikTok.
“POV: You started to sleep on your back,” read the text.
She used the popular inverted filter, to illustrate the symmetry of her face.
“This has made my face so much more symmetrical,” she added.
The video intrigued viewers on her free anti-aging hack, sharing their concerns in the comment section.
“Sleeping on my back is so uncomfortable,” one said.
“I start on my back and then always end up on my side I can’t help it,” another added.
“I always sleep on my back nothing happens,” a third commented.
“I have always slept on my back and my face is still not symmetrical,” yet another wrote.
“I stopped sleeping with a pillow and it’s helped so much and I get way better sleep,” one more advised.
Back sleeping can also prevent wrinkles due to lack of friction that can occur with side or face down sleeping.
Additionally, parts of the face can sag over time for side or face down sleepers.
In addition to anti-aging benefits for the face, back sleeping can also promote spine health.
Many therapeutic pillows are available on the market for those who struggle to sleep on their back.
