West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose approached ISRO for technology to address the issue of ragging in universities. The governor has also discussed the matter with a firm in Hyderabad. The State Higher Education Department has approved a grant of Rs 38 lakh for the installation of CCTV cameras on the university campus.
