Vigilante group arrests Rivers DPO’s son with Indian hemp

A vigilante group said it arrested a man, Favour Chuks, son of a serving Divisional Police Officer, with a bag containing substances suspected to be Indian hemp around Gateway Junction in Ada George, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The vigilante, Rivers State Neighbourhood Watch, said the arrest followed a tip which its officials immediately acted on.
