Marijuana to be moved to lower-risk drug category in US? Here's what HHS recommends

Marijuana is currently classified as a Schedule I drug and remains completely illegal in some states and at the federal level. The HHS' recommendation is to reclassification of marijuana from its current category to a Schedule III drug.
