Local lad Lewis Wells takes step up into Edinburgh squad

Lewis Wells who is part of the Heriot’s Ruby FOSROC Super Series squad has this week joined Edinburgh Rugby’s pre-season preparations at Hive Stadium.

Lewis represented Linlithgow right through age grade rugby and two seasons ago was representing Linlithgow in the East 1 Scottish League.

His performances caught the eye of Edinburgh Accies and then in turn Heriots Rugby in the Super 6.

Following strong performances in the FOSROC Super Series Lewis has joined the Edinburgh Rugby squad during the World Cup period.

A fantastic next step in an already impressive career and we are all incredibly proud to see Lewis continue to go from strength to strength.
