The International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief, Kristalina Georgieva, has called for an increase in quota resources for the IMF and for G20 countries to deliver on their promise of $100 billion per year in climate funds. She also urged countries to mobilize domestic resources for the green transition through tax reforms, efficient public spending, and strong fiscal institutions.
