Flyers 62, CSU 24

Strange game. Flyers put up first 27 points and led 27-10 at the half. Scored 9 quick points at the start of the 3d and had a 36-10 lead. CSU who only had 12 yeads rushing all day, had success passing and closed to 36-24. CSU was moving the ball and the Flyers were not. Had the feeling that CSU was one pass away from making it a one score game. Then the wheels fell off for CSU as the Flyers put up 26 straight points in the 4th to win. Our pass defense needs some work and we are penalty prone, but over all quite a turnaround from last week.
Have Taylor next week and they lost to Butler 41-13, so probably 2-1 going in to league play. Hard to figure how we will do against SDU and St. Thomas. Shame we have them so early. Would like to see us have a little more experience.
