Death toll in Morocco spirals as nation grapples with enormity of tragedy

RABAT, Morocco - Thousands are dead, and many more injured following Friday night's deadly earthquake which has devastated areas of the High Atlas mountains, about 72 kilometers (45 miles) southwest of Marrakech.

Of those injured well over a thousand are reported to be in critical condition.
