State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has stated that there was no damage to farmers or fishermen following a minor oil spill near Uran in Mumbai. The leakage occurred from a crude oil storage tank at the ONGC Uran Plant, but the oil was trapped between rocks on the beach, with only traces reaching the shoreline.
