Real estate developer Sumadhura Infracon plans to invest ₹5,000 crore to expand its residential and commercial portfolio. The company recently acquired land in Bengaluru to construct a commercial facility. It aims to build three million square feet of new homes and develop two million square feet of land by 2023.
