Ice Spice Gets Edgy in Platform Boots at Who Decides War’s Spring 2024 NYFW Show
Ice Spice hit a New York Fashion Week show over the weekend in a grungey look.
The “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” rapper attended the Who Decides War spring 2024 runway show on Saturday in New York City. To the event, Ice Spice donned a pair of black leather boots. Her shoes featured an angular square toe with a thick platform base. The boots reached the bottom of Ice Spice’s calves.
The musician tends to reach for platform shoes for many different occasions. Recently, she wore a pair of patent leather black platform heels from Vivienne Westwood to Billboard’s R&B Hip Hop Live event earlier in August.
For the rest of her look, the “Munch” rapper wore a matching set. She paired a black and gray patchwork bandeau top with a coordinating skirt that skimmed her knees. She added silver jewelry, including a sparkly necklace and a watch. She also carried a pink metallic handbag.
Aside from her shoe collection, Ice Spice has noticeably risen in the fashion world since 2023, modeling in campaigns for Nike, Ivy Park and Skims. She also attended The Met Gala this past May as well as Fashion Week events for brands earlier in the year, including Coach, Dion Lee, LaQuan Smith, Tia Adeola and Tommy Hilfiger.
New York Fashion Week (NYFW) is held in New York City in September, marking the start of Fashion Month. The spring 2024 season will see a calendar of fashion shows and presentations from a range of designers, including Ralph Lauren, Christian Siriano, Proenza Schouler and more. The occasion will also include numerous parties and activations from brands like Aldo, J.Crew, MCM and more.
