NCLAT terminates insolvency proceedings against Coffee Day

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) passed an order terminating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Coffee Day on Wednesday. It also set aside the previous NCLT order, the company said in a press release.
