Shelter inundated with Bully XL dogs after attacks amid fears of overbreeding

Stoke-on-Trent City Dogs Home has told StokeonTrentLive that it has seen evidence of "relentless" overbreeding, and that some dogs are winding up there after being cut loose by their owners
