Noida Restaurant Employee Beaten Up By Four ‘Drunk’ Men For Asking Them To Pay Rs 650 Bill; Video Viral
Noida: A restaurant employee was brutally beaten up by four drunk men merely for asking them to settle their Rs 650 bill. The entire incident was captured on the restaurant’s CCTV camera. The clip, which is doing rounds on social media, shows that the restaurant employee is being kicked by one of four men so forcefully that he falls to the ground. When he gets up and tries to protect himself, he is slapped by another out of the four. The incident took place in Noida Sector 29 in the Kuk Du Koo restaurant on Tuesday night.

Reportedly, accused Gaurav Yadav, Himanshu and two other men who went to the restaurant in Ganga Shopping Complex racked up a bill of Rs. 650. They were drunk and later started to leave the premises without paying the bill. When the restaurant employee requested them to pay the bill they began to abuse the restaurant employee.
The victim who identified as Shahabuddin has filed a complaint at the Noida Sector 20 police station. On the basis of his complaint, a case has been registered against the accused under sections of the Indian Penal Code related to voluntarily causing hurt, intentional insult and criminal intimidation.
This is not the first time such an incident happened. In June, a violent clash broke out between a family and staff members of a restaurant in Noida over the issue of a service charge in the bill. The incident captured on the CCTV camera showed that the group of people, who had come to eat, and staff members of the restaurant fighting with each other.
