The former Minister of Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Prof. Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng has penned an open letter to the next President of Ghana. In his letter, he has raised concern about political corruption, insisting that it has gradually gained root in the country and it is very disturbing.
