Scarlett Johansson suited up to celebrate the release of her skincare brand The Outset’s products at Nordstrom in New York City on Wednesday. The actress launched the line in March of 2022, inspired by her longtime struggle with acne. Aside from the department store, the brand is also available in Sephora and Goop.

The “Black Widow” star slipped into a pair of black Vivaia mules for the occasion. The backless silhouette featured a leather sole and a knit strap that decorated the almond toe. The slip-on heels brought height to the look with a block heel that was about 2 inches tall.

Johansson paired the mules with a white ribbed top which she layered with a cropped gray Mango vest and blazer. She completed the set with a matching pair of high-waisted wide-leg trousers.
The actress accessorized with two gold pendant necklaces, a set of sparkling rings and a pair of gold hoops with an emerald panel. She kept her dark blond hair in a sleek bun keeping the focus on her minimal makeup that featured a glossy nude pink lip.
Johansson was dressed by Kate Young who can also be credited for the summery white dress and crystal-embellished clear pumps she wore to the “Asteroid City” premiere this past June. The stylist also creates looks for other stars like Dakota Johnson, Julianne Moore and Nina Dobrev.
Last week, Johansson headlined the third annual WWD x Footwear News x Beauty Inc Women in Power event held on Thursday in New York. The event was held to celebrate women who are passionate about helping drive the industry forward. Other attendees included Hailey Bieber, Mary Dillon and Annie Young-Scrivner.
