‘The Addams Family’ opens Novato Theater Company’s 103rd season

They’re creepy and they’re kooky … and headed to Marin. Get to know the Addams family — and see what happens when they host Wednesday’s boyfriend and his parents for dinner — during Novato Theater Company’s “The Addams Family,” which opens Saturday at the theater at 5420 Nave Drive in Novato. The production, directed and choreographed by Marin’s Marilyn Izdebski, with musical direction by Judy Wiesen, embraces the wackiness in every family.

The musical comedy runs through Oct. 8; 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays. A preview is at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Admission is $25 to $35 for individual tickets. Season subscriptions are $85. For more information, go to novatotheatercompany.org.
