Rays expected to announce deal for Tropicana Field’s replacement

The Tampa Bay Rays are expected to announce the completion of a $1.2 billion deal for a new stadium in St. Petersburg, Florida on Tuesday. The Rays have played at the much-maligned Tropicana Field since their inaugural season in 1998.
