Shoppers race to B&M as they spot an air fryer reduced from £29 to just £15
YOU’D be hard pushed to find a kitchen that DOESN’T have an air fryer these days.
But for those who have yet to snap up one of the energy-saving cookers, there are some incredible discounts on offer.
And instead of spending £200 on an air fryer, you can now get a decent sized one for just £15.
Dee took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a picture of the bargain that she’d spotted in B&M in Wrexham.
“Great bargain at B&M bargains today!” she wrote alongside the picture.
The Blaupunkt Rapid 4.5 litre family-sized air fryer has been reduced from £29 to £15.
According to the box, the device can save you an incredible 70% on your energy bills if you swap to using it instead of your oven – an estimated £159.87 per year.
Commenting on Dee’s bargain, one person wrote: “Wow. Well done!”
“Grab it!” another instructed their friend.
“If you’re popping in keep an eye out!” a third wrote, tagging a pal.
But it seems the discount might not be in every B&M.
“Why was this in our B&M for £35?”one person questioned.
To which their friend replied: “Wtf?”
The air fryer has been one of the most popular on the market due to its constantly reasonable price, and has been reviewed by foodies including an EssexLive writer.
“It makes mealtimes so much quicker and easier and it’s really easy to clean (it’s even got dishwasher-safe parts),” Hope wrote.
“The fact it is healthier and saves me money on electricity are just two huge bonuses!”
The air fryer is also significantly bigger – at 4.5 litres – than some of the other cheaper ones around.
An Asda one, which has been shared on Facebook by savvy shoppers after they spotted it for £12.50 in store, is just 1.5 litres.
And that means it’s more suitable for one person, rather than a family.
But the £15 B&M one is ideal if you’ve got kids.
“With a 4.5 litre size you’ll have plenty of space to cook for the whole family, and with rapid cooking times dinner will be on the table before you have the chance to set it!” B&M wrote on their website about the device when it was being sold for £49.
