Bredenkamp wins Aggie Invite, leads Apaches to runner-up finish

On Tuesday, Johan Bredenkamp won the individual title at the 2023 Aggie Invitational in Ardmore, Oklahoma, helping the Apaches to a team second-place finish.

The sophomore shot a tourney-best 211, six strokes under par, besting Blinn’s Landon Johnson by just one (211).

Also helping Tyler to the runner-up spot was Francisco Perez, finishing with a 222 in sixth place, P.A. Kilburn and Noel Bondesson in ninth, both with a 225, Landon Farrar in 12th with a 226. The Apaches(878) finished just three strokes behind tournament winner Blinn (875) in the team standings.

Next up for the Apaches is the Southwest Preview at Legends Golf Course in Kingsland, Texas on 27 October.
