MANILA, Philippines — The Manila City government suspended classes at all levels in both public and private schools on Friday, October 6, due to the yellow rainfall warning. According to the city’s Public Information Office (PIO), all face-to-face and online classes in Manila were suspended “[a]s recommended by the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office.”
