Yorkshire cyclist handed opportunity of a lifetime by Red Bull and Tour de France team

A young cyclist who grew up in Yorkshire has been handed the opportunity of a lifetime from a Tour de France team after he was named one of the two winners of the Red Bull Junior Brothers programme
