Grandmother, 53, killed when tire crashes through windshield as she drives to amusement park with family

Tammy Parsons, 53, was pronounced dead after the freak accident as she was heading to Busch Gardens' Howl-O-Scream event with her fiancé, twin daughters and two grandchildren Sunday.
