HOLLY Willoughby was yesterday inundated with support from her colleagues and friends in the wake of her kidnap threat ordeal.
Her This Morning co-hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond sent their “love and biggest hugs”.
Show bosses have offered round-the-clock support and funded a team of private security guards to protect the mum of three.
Holly, 42, will use this weekend to discuss with family whether to return to work next week.
Concerned ITV bosses have offered her as much time off as she needs.
Last night a source said: “Holly can’t even get her head around returning to the show.
“There are no plans to get her back and stand-in hosts have been found.
“She’s being comforted by her family and has been swamped with support by friends, colleagues and co-presenters.
“Alison, Dermot, Jodie (Gibson) and Ben (Shephard) have been on the phone, and sending their love.
“ITV, especially Director of Daytime Emma Gormley, are in constant contact.
“As soon as police spoke to bosses, private security was sorted to watch the house and offer Holly 24/7 protection.”
