10:00 p.m. — “Previously on ‘Big Brother’!” In the 30th episode, reigning HOH Bowie Jane debated whether to backdoor Cameron or Cory, with both options having their pros and cons. Power of Veto winner, Jag, pulled Felicia off the block and Bowie ultimately decided to replace the 63-year old with Cameron, who was unanimously evicted over Cirie. With Bowie now ineligible for the next HOH competition, who will rise to power? And who will be nominated for eviction? Let’s go!
10:05 p.m. — With the Comic-Week in full effect, the houseguests enter the HOH room to find a mysterious, smoking crystal. As they figure out what’s going on, Cirie reflects on her glorious week surviving the block. She knows blood is about to be drawn and she’s not the top target. Next, Jag reads a clue to the house that this crystal exposes superpowers that will change the course of the game. First, this week’s HOH will be invisible all week long, allowing them to play in the shadows and make their nominations anonymously. Since the winner’s secret will never be revealed, they will also be able to play in the next HOH competition. I give this 24 hours before everyone knows who this “invisible” HOH is. Nobody can keep a secret in that house.
10:10 p.m. — Right away Cory, Jag and America agree to tell each other who wins HOH. In the Diary Room, Jag says if he wants to take a shot at Cory and America, this could be the week to do it. Felicia and Cirie think this invisible HOH could be the best of the season for them. Anyone can go after a big target without getting blood on their hands.
10:20 p.m. — It’s time for the HOH competition and it’s a classic BB Comics contest. Players will have to decipher “bootleg” comics from the real ones to ensure only the correct ones get posted to the website. They’ll have to fly down a zip line to look at the actual comics, memorize each detail and match their website to the BB studio wall. Whoever completes this the fastest will become the next HOH. Felicia is up first. She’s been on the block four times and she’s desperate for a win, but this probably isn’t her best shot. Felicia notices in one photo she has a red life vest and in another photo a yellow vest. These are the types of things each player has to get right. This might take a while and it probably won’t be too exciting to watch unless someone takes a tumble. I simply refuse to give a play-by-play of each player because it’s not that interesting. Felicia has already ate up four minutes of my night playing a game of memory. Felicia had a time of 18:46.
10:42 p.m. — Matt goes second, followed by Blue, Cory, Cirie, Jag and America. Since this HOH will be invisible, the full results aren’t shown to the entire house like they are in other seasons. Everyone was told their time in the backyard, so Bowie just reveals the winning time of 8:30 to the house. The winner knows their time, and it’s up to them if they want to share that information or not. Nobody owns up to it and Cory is worried people are suspicious it’s him. So who won this HOH?
10:45 p.m. — America doesn’t believe Blue, who says her time was over 15 minutes. Cirie says either Jag or Matt won. Felicia thinks it could also be Cory. They’re just nervous the new HOH will put them on the block. Would the HOH make such a foolish mistake? Blue is talking to Bowie. When she starts crying, Bowie thinks it’s a bit dramatic and she is now also suspicious Blue won this HOH. Matt enters the room saying, “This is gonna be bad. It’s gonna be me and Jag going up.”
10:55 p.m. — Suspicion continues to swirl around the house. Jag, America and Cory speculate Blue has won this HOH. Cory knows he’s in trouble if Blue is in power. Later, once Jag gets Matt alone he reveals that HE is in fact the invisible HOH. I knew this secret wouldn’t last long. Jag’s plan is to put Blue on the block so Cory and America stay loyal to them. Yeah right, someone’s going to have to make the first move. What is he waiting for? The next morning Jag reveals to Cory and America that he won. Cory’s not impressed that Jag kept this secret for 12 hours. America admits in the Diary Room that if the roles were reversed she would have gone after Jag.
11:00 p.m. — It’s time for the nomination ceremony. All the houseguests have a seat at the table. The nominees are Felicia and Blue. Felicia is “pissed off” and is tired of being used as a pawn. She calls this week a “wasted superpower.” Blue is convinced America or Cory is the HOH and vows to win the Power of Veto. In the Diary Room, Jag confesses his ideal final five would be himself, Matt, Bowie, Cirie and Felicia. For now, his target is Blue. But anything can change in the Big Brother house! Tune in Tuesday to find out who wins the Power of Veto.
