I’ve found the best bra hack so you can still have support while wearing backless dresses – it really couldn’t be easier
HANDS up if you’ve ever found your dream backless dress, only to decide against it because you don’t feel comfortable going braless.
Well, it turns out that could soon be a problem of the past because a fashion whizz has shared her genius DIY backless bra hack – and it’s perfect for the Christmas party season.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@kristinakacheeva), Kristina Kacheeva can be seen slipping into a sparkly silver sequin dress.
However, as she turns around to reveal the open back detail, the finished look is completely ruined by her white bra band being totally on show.
Kristina then goes on to share the clever way you can still achieve all of the support of a bra, without having it on display.
Taking her white T-shirt bra and a pair of scissors, she says: “Cut off the back part of your bra.”
Next, she recommends sewing or gluing the strap to the bra, before repeating on the other side.
Kristina can then be seen hooking the straps over her shoulder and under her arm.

“Use clothing tape for extra support,” she suggests.

The post has since gone viral, garnering a whopping 246k views and several comments from grateful people up and down the country.
“THANK YOU FOR SHARING,” praised one.
A second enthused: “works great when you have tiny boobs!”
A third added: “Okay great idea..but where did you get the dress?”
And it’s not the first time people have rushed online to show off her super helpful bra tips.
Another woman named Kristine, who is a curvy woman with big breasts, revealed her “genius” strapless bra hack to keep her “girls in place.”
In a clip shared to TikTok (@trendycurvy), she explained how you first need to get yourself a strapless bra.
“Get a good but I find that once you get above a certain letter in the alphabet, it’ll take the armour of the Lord to hold these things up by itself alone,” she said.
“So what I do is get a bandeau bra from Amazon – make sure it’s tight, even going one size down – and you’re going to put it over your strapless bra.
She added: “It gives you that extra support that you need, keeps everything in place and yeah, makes it so that you can wear a strapless bra that’s supportive, even if you have big boobs.”
