Govt to collect extra RM3bil from increase in service tax to 8.0pct from 6.0pct: Johan Merican

KUALA LUMPUR: The government is expected to collect an additional RM3 billion revenue next year following the increase in the service tax from six per cent to eight per cent  Treasury secretary-general Datuk Johan Mahmood Merican said.
