I went on a bikini hike with friends and had an awkward wardrobe malfunction – I learned a valuable lesson about wind
A BIKINI hiker has experienced an awkward wardrobe malfunction that left her head gear taking on another look altogether.
However, the experience has taught her a valuable lesson about taking exercise in windy conditions.
And that was she should probably have considered another type of headwear.
Because wearing a bandana was clearly not fit for purpose on this occasion.
She quickly learned that wearing head coverings of this kind should probably come with a ‘health’ warning.
But Meg (@megxsnow) showed commendable good humor on seeing the images of her walking trip.
In her post, she posed with her friends in bright sunshine on a gusty cliff top.
She wore sandals, white shorts, and a blue bikini top.
But on her head, she wore the offending bandana. It was a big mistake.
Her friends were all bareheaded, except one who wore a baseball cap and was in no danger of any embarrassment.
As the photographer snapped away, the wind whipped her bandana out of shape and into another sort of headgear altogether.
But it wasn’t a look any young woman would ordinarily go for.
It had the appearance of a bishop’s distinctive mitre and Ana decided to have some fun.
She played with the image, dressing herself in vestments reminiscent of Catholic bishops, complete with her misshapen bandana.
In the background, appropriate church music rang out, singing “Jesus Christ has risen again.”
“I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy,” she said. “Don’t wear a bandana when it’s windy.”
There has been a huge response to her post, with over 2 million likes and another 10,000 comments.
One commenter just about managed to speak through the laughter.
“I’m weeping. Christ this has killed me off. Thank you for sharing this. What a service to the nation.”
Another said: “I’ve watched this 427 times and cannot stop laughing.”
It was a response repeated by hundreds: “I can’t breathe I’m laughing so hard.”
