FBI opens investigation into fatal stabbing of Plainfield Palestinian boy as alleged attacker faces charges

The charges against alleged attacker Joseph Czuba, 71, of Plainfield, include first-degree murder and two counts of hate crimes. Czuba is expected to make a first appearance at Will County Courthouse Monday morning.
