Former Elgin woman and her family trying to flee Gaza Strip after being trapped when Hamas bombing started

An Elgin-born woman and her husband and five children, visiting the Gaza Strip when bombing broke out between Hamas and Israel, are thought to be making their way to the Egyptian border, her brother said.
