October 22, 2023 – Relax on Rimrose! Tai Chai – session 1 (South Sefton, Liverpool)
Relax on Rimrose’ is a series of events aimed at improving the mental health of those living in South Sefton.
This is a really exciting opportunity to enjoy FREE Tai Chi in the glorious setting of Rimrose Valley, funded by Living Well Sefton’s Community Resilience Fund.
Each session is being led by experience Tai Chi practitioner, Mike, and will last 30 minutes.
Please bring your own water, sunscreen and a hat… and possibly waterproofs!
Places are limited to 15 people per session, so please book your ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment, using the link below. Bookings are limited to a max of 2 tickets per person so as many people as possible can take part.
Even though these sessions are free to attend, there is obviously a cost to put them on. If you are no longer able to make it, please cancel your place(s) to allow others to attend.
*Please come on foot, bike or public transport wherever possible. If you have to come by car, parking is limited at this entrance which is in a residential area, so please park respectfully*
