I regularly check Companies House for various things, a lot of companies often show things overdue, in particular the confirmation statements. I'm more alarmed if its the accounts.

Most seem to get it sorted within a short time frame, is it something to worry about? What's the penalty for not doing so?

Ultimately, as far as I am aware all of the Directors have other businesses and commitments. And that is the same at most RL clubs, no one is running it full time
