Ticket issues tonight (2 replies)

Did anyone have double booked ticket issues last night?

I booked 2 seats in GML8 on Monday, not the best seats but the only 2 together under cover (with the old man).

Since then I assume the lower Tilton opened up so many STH's moved seats (Assuming that's how it's working at the moment), leading to loads more availability last minute.

I called the ticket office yesterday and asked to move over into GML6 for a better view. Changes went through fine and the new tickets came through but the seats they gave me weren't free at all! We turned up and they were filled with STH's who hadn't changed seats. They were decent chaps and pointed out seats they knew would be free last night, which is lucky because the stewards didn't want to know.

Regardless of what's happening on the pitch, thought it was something they really should be getting right.
