Teenage driver in Kuala Kedah fatal crash case referred to social welfare dept

ALOR STAR: The 14-year-old girl who was behind the wheel of a car involved in a fatal crash that claimed the life of a motorcyclist in Kuala Kedah last Saturday, has been referred to the Social Welfare Department (JKM).
