Dehradun and Mussoorie will be connected by India's longest ropeway, measuring 5.5 km, reducing travel time from 1.5 hours to just 15 minutes. The project, led by FIL Industries, is expected to be completed by September 2026. The estimated cost is Rs 300 crore and the ropeway will consist of 10-seater cabins.
