Embassy Office Parks REIT upgrades leasing guidance to 6.5 mn sq ft of office space in FY24

The firm has recorded the highest ever leasing of 2 million sq ft across 25 deals, encompassing 1.2 mn sq ft of new leases and 7 lakh sq ft of renewal, at premium rates to market rents in the second quarter of the current fiscal.
