The policy prepared by the Industries department of the government stated that the plug and play infrastructure will allow the operating units to reduce setup time and commence production at the earliest. Further, the draft policy says Delhi's Electronic Design Village (DEDV) will have start-up village for engaging entrepreneurs in electronic design or design-based manufacturing.
