Free dental clinic to be held in CT. Here is where and when to go.
Annual two-day free dental clinic will take place at Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven on Friday, Oct. 27 and Saturday, Oct. 28.
The CTMOM Free Dental Clinic, which will be hosted at the Floyd Little Athletic Center on Friday, October 27 and Saturday, October 28 beginning at 8 a.m. each day and will remain open until the clinic reaches capacity, organizers said. The site is at 480 Sherman Parkway, New Haven.

“CTMOM provides dental services for underserved individuals who cannot afford the cost of care and this event marks CTMOM’s 16th annual free dental clinic,” organizers said in a statement.
The clinic rotates to different locations across the state.
” Oral health is inseparable from general health and can affect a person’s self-esteem, compromise their ability to work, attend school and lead a normal life,” CTMOM notes online.
The clinic is first-come, first-served and is expected to administer free dental care to about 1,400 patients over the two days of service, organizers said.
Organizers said there will be 80 dental stations, staffed by 800 volunteers, providing a wide range of dental care including: exams, x-rays, cleanings, extractions, fillings, root canals on front teeth (limited) and interim partial dentures (limited).
