St. Francis water polo captures 15th state title, first since 2001

UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio — St. Francis de Sales won its first Ohio Water Polo Association state championship since 2001, rallying to defeat tournament host Upper Arlington 9-8 in the title game Sunday.
