Expert: Mutual settlements in national currencies help Belarus, Russia minimize impact of sanctions

The use of national currencies in foreign trade in goods and services has helped Belarus and Russia minimize the negative impact of Western sanctions on their domestic economies, economist Mikhail Kovalev told BelTA.
