Man accused of threatening to kidnap and kill a U.S. senator: report
A Nevada man has been arrested and charged with repeatedly threatening a Nevada senator, KSNV reported.
John Anthony Miller, 43, left numerous voice messages at the senator's office earlier this month, according to the charges. In them, he threatened to assault, kidnap, or murder the senator, prosecutors claim.
The senator's name is currently being withheld by the Justice Department.
On October 18, Miller became aggressive when he turned up at a Las Vegas courthouse and said he wanted to kill the senator. When he was denied entry, he started to yell profanities, KSNV reported.
